Number 1: Daniel answered his phone! He was busy at the time, but made sure to answer my questions, and was willing to come that evening to give me a quote. We decided on the following morning since he was out of town, and would be getting in late. He was thoughtful to send an update text the next morning, and arrived to give ma a quote ON PAPER before he left. Because I'd had one other quote (higher--and impersonal) and I felt he was an honest guy, I asked to get on his schedule--we arranged for later that day since his crew was in town (his company does a lot of work in other areas.) So! He and his crew arrived and got to work that day. They were friendly in their interactions with me, and Daniel was outstanding. He's just a hard-working, honest, down-to-earth human...a real treat to deal with. AND, I'm thrilled with my new gutters! They look fantastic, and since he's a pro, I know they're going to work...and if something isn't right, I know he'll promptly make sure to change that.
